Concept
and engineering work is completed using 3D CAD software (Solidworks).
Generally new designs are reviewed in a CAD solid model format
and approved by the client before prototyping and tooling funds
are committed. Final designs are documented as engineering drawings
and includes a complete parts list with material specifications.
Tolerance stack up and structural analysis work is included
as needed. PDR relies on Confidentiality Agreements and Patent
Applications to protect the intellectual property value of new
